We are a group of legal professionals and AI engineers led by Dr. Hung-Yi CHEN, who brings a unique blend of academic excellence and practical expertise to our mission. With a Ph.D. in Law from Nagoya University, one of Asia's leading law schools, Dr. CHEN has furthered his research at the University of Cambridge and served as MBA Director at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, located in the home of Alibaba.
